Which US law school has the best international law program?

I wish to become a lawyer specializing in international law. I would appcreciate it if you could give me a list of several schools. I am a Japanese student in a law school in Tokyo and I plan to take the Japanese Bar within the next three years. I then intend to go to the US on a LLM program and take the New York and California State Bar Exams. My goal is to work in a law office in Okinawa while I tackle the criminal offense-extraterritoriality issues concerning the US soldiers stationed in Okinawa.
