How can I distribute an amount among 7 persons in proportion of what they already have?

Suppose 7 persons have as: A: 200, B:500, C:0, D:600, E:1000, F:0, G:0 Now I need to distribute 5000 bucks among them in proportion to the amount they already have. That means C,F &G will get 0. I think I made clear my question.
