What is the difference between restorative justice and offender rehabilitation?

Is it pretty much the same? I do not really understand what restorative justice is and I have been looking at a lot of websites and I have yet to find one that is clear to me. Would really like help from someone who has a criminal justice major but whatever.

1. Quick minor example. Joe is mad at you. Therefore he eggs you house. Restorative justice, he is ordered to clean you house of egg. Rehabilitative justice, he may clean your house of egg but he will also attend anger management classes and be taught how to handle his anger without hurting or destroying others property
